• Tools, equipment & support to do your best work.
• Depending on your role, you’ll be equipped with the tools and technology you need from day one. For field staff, that might mean access to apps like SiteApp Pro, Simpro, or Lentune to streamline jobs, along with PPE, uniforms, and a Fantail gear bag stocked for your specific tasks.
• Office-based team members may receive a dedicated workstation with dual screens, while technicians could be provided with a mobile phone, tablet, or laptop to stay connected on the go. Some roles also include access to a vehicle and fuel card, or allowances for tools and equipment.

Training & Development Opportunities

We’re big believers in helping our people grow. Depending on your role and career goals, you’ll have access to a wide range of training, from practical certifications like SiteSafe, Working at Heights, MEWP, or First Aid, through to technical development such as Electrical Registration or Supervisor training.

For those in design, engineering, or office-based roles, development might include software training in Excel, Revit, or AutoCAD. Whatever path you’re on, we tailor learning to support your progression and build confidence on the job.

As a small extra thank-you, we also offer a paid day off on your birthday (when it falls on a weekday that isn’t a public holiday).
